  • What is the 30 Hr Famine?

30 Hour Famine is a fundraising and weekend event where teens live in solidarity with the poor through fasting for 30 hours of the world and raise money to help feed children. This year, we will be raising money to feed children in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Teens can sign up to pray, give/raise, and/ or participate in the famine.

  • When is the  famine weekend?

30 Hour Famine is November 15th  – 16th , from 6 PM on Friday - 7 PM on Saturday. We will meet in the Youth Center.

  • How do I Sign up?

At the table, there is a quick start guide on fundraising and a donation envelope that teens can use to collect and mark in person donations. The web page allows people to donate online to the teens for 30 hour famine through the page itself or through a link provided by 30 Hour Famine.

    • Children under the age of 12
    • Pregnant or nursing women
    • People over the age of 65
